Call Response Protocol

Officers must respond to dispatch calls based on priority tiers and available officers. If a high-priority call comes in and there aren’t enough officers to cover both, it takes precedence over a lower-priority call.

Call protocols outline response procedures based on severity, escalating from routine incidents to critical emergencies. The highest priority call is an officer down situation.
