No Air One Removal – Air One stays if required; max 5-minute delay allowed.
No Moto Removal – Moto units stay if required; max 5-minute delay allowed.
No Interceptor Removal – Interceptors stay unless High Command approves.
Items for Heists – Only allowed if a hostage is willingly exchanged.
