At-Will Employment Clause

This organization operates under an at-will employment policy. This means that either the employee or the organization may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, except as prohibited by applicable law. No representative of the organization has the authority to modify this at-will relationship, except in a written agreement signed by the employee and an authorized executive of the organization.
